I actually messed up, it would go like this: First person (attacker) rolls die. lets say he gets 15. Now, next poster rolls BEFORE he posts to determine if he gets hit or gets to reply a dodge/block. IF he gets 16 or higher, he gets to dodge, then do his counter attack or whatever, and rolls his own die in his next post. like... I'll be the attacker now:

Dadashi's opponent dodged to the right, then swung back with his own fierce strike, hoping to hit Dadashi in the head.
(then Dadashi would roll for defense, and so on... The defender could even just edit the roll for defense post instead of posting another post, but then it would be the defense before seeing the number, but its the same in the end. The basic idea is here, we just have to perfect it.)
