Description: (Physical description and clothing.) Charlie (unlike me -sulks-) still has the soft light chestnut hair she was born with. She has large soft green eyes and a small nose which is covered in light freckles. Her face is oval and her skin is very pale, but in a good way, not sickly pale. She's reasonably short but it fits her as she is generally very petite, however this annoys her so she often wears very high heels. She's slim and attractive, her hair falls to about the middle of her back, but is shaped around her face,with a side fringe which thankfully covers her eyebrow peircing when her mum is around. She also has her helix and tragis periced, as well as normal lobe peircings. She has a tatoo of a panda holding a rose on her left shoulder, which she got when she turned sixteen. Her staple outfit is jeans and hoodies, with some form of tee beneath her hoodie. Most colours suit her, however she tends to stick to pastel shades as well as vivid blues to go with her hair or vivid greens that match her eyes. Although she is not vein, she is conscious of her looks.
Personality: Charlie has a loud and open personality and always seems to make an entrance whereever she goes, hence her nickname. She's funny, lightly confident and optomistic. It takes a lot to bring her spirits down.
Weapons: Since she was nine her dad has lectured her about her safety, until, when she was fifteen, she was attacked on the way home from school. Since then she has kept a gun hidden down the back of her jeans and spare bullets around her belt.

History: Charlie's mother walked out on her when she was five. For the next two years her father made her see a councilor so she didn't end up with "abandenment issues" or something. Already mentioned the attack that caused her to start carrying a gun.
Miscellaneous: Charlie grew up with three brothers, which made her less of a girly girl until she got to college, but it also taught her how not to play nice. She knows how to win when other people start fights.
