Description/Clothing:
black cloak that zips down except for the hood and part that keeps it
hanging around his neck(kindof like vincent valentines from ff VII
derge of cerburos) it goes down as long as his feet it has his kgs
symbol on its back which is like a yin-yang symbol that is sideways
with 4 red arrows like a compose around it. the hem of the cloak is
worn and torn from use as he wears it almost all the time.(sometimes
its zipped up with the hood hiding his face) he has a lose black shirt
on under the cloak with his kg symbol on the front. the sleeves stop at
his elbow. he has the standared under armor stuff all shinobi wear. he
has lose baggy black shorts that stop above the ankle and below the
knee. he dosent like exposed toes so he wears the shinobi sandals but
the toes are coverd. he wears his headband on his 4head proudly. under
his cloak he has a sword blacker than the darkest night staped to his
back with the hilt popping out behind his head but the hood is deep
enough to cover it.he has this with him at all times no matter what. he
wears fingerless black leather gloves with the leaf symbol on them. his
skin is slightly tanned. he has no faciel hair and normal eyebrows. he
is in very good shape as he trains non-stop.

Personality:
happy go-lucky guy despite what happened to his mom. he's always
optimistic. he likes to make friends and would rather get along with
someone than hate them. although he loves to argue. he's very smart and
usually knows what to do in most situations. he gets shy around most
girls unless he is good friends with them or they are his enemy. if he
fights a cute girl during battle he will flirt with them to distract
them, which usually works as he is good looking, and if he really likes
a girl he can sometimes get past his shyness and talk/flirt with them.
he is kinda a pervert. he isnt at the jiriya level of perversion but he
looks at porn or down a shirt or up a skirt every once in a while and
it gets the better of him sometimes(although he has never been caught
before). he is extremly protective of the hyuuga clan as he was raised
by them. he will go into rage induced a all offensive attack twards
anyone who insults his parents until someone appoligizes or he manages
to calm himself down. during this state he doesnt bother to protect
him-self and his speed and strength are slightly raised though this
will exaust him later on depending on how long he was in this state. he
has respect for everyone until they give him reason to not respect them
or if he's in a bad mood which he gets into from time to time. he loves
to fight and eat. his favorite foods are sesime chicken and
ramen(mostly miso ramen) he loves to fight and will at any chance he
gets. he has a special bond with his sword blackmoon, as it is the only
link he has to his father and the last thing given to him by his
mom.(but she did leave him a house and some money and other things
although he preferes staying with the hyuugas at their compound most of
the time for special training and because they are the only family he
has now). he likes to have fun and do random things as well. he dares
not sneak into the girls areas like the hot spa girls side, or the
changing rooms. although he has been thinking about doing it
latley.............


Weapons: Blackmoon- kyo's
ultimate weapon. it is bonded to him, the way of unbonding it from him
is known only by his father. it is completely and totally black. the
darkest shade you can think of multiplied by 10. it has a miniture
version of his kg symbol as a hilt gaurd and is as hard as a daimonds.
if it is broke then kyo can simply use his alchemey tecnique to fix it.
kyoichi's bond with this weapon gives him the following powers over
it-1.he can instantly know where it is any time, 2. he can call it and
it will fly twards him, he can also guide its flight, 3. only he can
touch it without being shocked and burned from dark lighting and dark
fire unless he gives someone permission to touch it. 4. it cannot harm
him no matter what. 5. he can focus chakra into it for its ultimate
move and for other reasons. 6. it will teach him the sword style
instantly through telepathy of any blade it has crossed. he can shoot
dark lightning that has a range of 20-feet on a straight path depending
on how the blade is pointed. the blade can also shoot dark fire out in
a wave that has a range of 50-feet and moves slowly. it doesnt do as
much damage as the dark lightning but is very hot and can be arced or
guided. the sword is extremely sharp and cant dull.
length- 4 and
a half feet, weight, 15 ounces(made out of a completely unique
material), and if i didnt say- completely black with a black metel rim
for the hilt guard

ice breaker: a large bonraiyu, wieghing
300lbs, a foot wide blade, that is 5 feet long. kyoichi bought it in
the mist village. it cost alot. ALOT!!!!!. kyoichi has discoverd that
ice breaker can take in an element, and concentrat the elements energy
into a small sphere that floats above the blade. kyoichi can launch the
energy by swinging the blade twards his opponent. he doesnt have
perfect accurasy yet, the power, explosion, and damage of the attack
depends on the element and how much energy was drawn. it takes up only
a small amount of chakra. kyoichi is very potent with this weapon now,
due to his constant training with it and the lessons he recieved to use
it from the weapons teacher in the hyuuga clan.

kyoichi is a
kenjutsu type(weapons master) there for he is highly skilled in a vast
amount of weapos. he has many scrolls hiddin on his person that contain
huge amounts of weapons.

believes he is developing byokugon characteristics in his left
makotosuki. he has developed a new ability in his left eye. he can see
through almost anything(except the hidden mist jutsu) and has very good
vision, allowing him to see hundreds of feet ahead.

copied jutsu- this is a list of the jutsu kyoichi has copied and kept so far
1.earthshake
jutsu- developed by a missing nin kyoichi had to capture,the jutsu
pulls the user under ground and keeps them in the same spot until the
jutsu is released, it allows the user to sense vibrations from the
surface, and then violently explode the ground in the spot they are
standing in. uses a moderate amount of chakra

2. Aqua Halo
Jutsu: stolen while in a mistaken fight with the mst village ninja
Valarie, it makes a ring of water and uses it to strangle or choke the
opponent(s) or wrap the water halo around their bodies to hold them
captive, or crush them depending on the intent of the attack. The size
and speed of the rig depends on the amount of chakra used to create and
control it. It can be broken by exerting large amounts of strength or

3. Shawdow clone shuriken jutsu- a technqiue stolen from a
fellow leaf shinobi in a training fight, kyoichi throws shuriken, makes
hand signs, and the shuriken multiplie in midair, all shooting tward
the target

Ninjutsu:

3.dragon flame jutsu- shoots out a steady stream of dangerous fire from the mouth
4.alchemy
jutsu-kyo uses this technique to combine weapons with other material
to- fix broken weapons, upgrade weapons, combine weapons, and even fix
cloth/armor. he requiers certain materials and a moderate amount of
chakra as what the jutsu actually does is complicated
5.tornado
jutsu- whipps up a tornado that spins around the user protecting them
and attacking the enemy at the same time. the size of the tornado and
the uration of it depends on how much chakra is put into it. the
tornado attcks and defends the same way, the air that whips around
pushes outwardly but a thin layer on the inside keeps the user from
being sucked out. the air pushing outward repels attacks and will push
enemys violently into the environment, this effect can be reversed and
suck them into the tornado, swinging them around and spitting them out
high into the air. the user can switch the utsu to full offense by
shooting it from around himself twards his opponent, but this requires
more chakra.

Medical Ninjutsu:

Weapon Ninjutsu:
blackmoon:
1. can shoot dark lightning that has a range of 20-feet on a straight path depending on how the blade is pointed.

moves slowly. it doesnt do as much damage as the dark lightning but is
very hot and can be arced or guided.
3. when crossing blades with an
opponant and kyo keeps eye contact. both him and the blade work
together. him anilizing the persons memories and such, and the
blackmoon anilizes the blade for tecnique. by doing this they can
successfully copy sword fighting techniques.
4. BLACKMOON ultimate
attack, dark element spiral- combines dark ligtning and dark fire into
a spiraling attack that has, speed, power, range, accuracy, and is able
to be guided. it takes a large amount of chakra but can ether kill or
knock out a opponent depending on how much fire or lightning he mixes
into it. he can use it about 3 times every 6-hours and after using it
even once he has to take a quick rest. he will use this attack only
when all else fails, or the situation calls for it.


Genjutsu:
this
is kyo's fighting weakness. he can only preform the basic release
technique and can repell nothing higher than c-rank jutsu.

Taijutsu:
gentle
fist: the hyuuga's taught him this technique but he doesnt have much
intrest in it and therefore is not very good at it, lacking byakugon as
well. he has been practiceing and is now a little better

Kenjutsu:KUNAI-
has completely masterd kunai techniques and can wield huge amounts at a
time. he can throw them with dead accurasy as far as he can throw them
which is very far and can do it blind-folded.

STAFFS- he has advanced skills with staffs of all kinds but has much to learn before he masters them.

KAMAS- he has a high skill level with these as he can daul wield them and use them with chains

SAI'S-basic level of skill. he ever had much intrest in them.

MACES-
advaced skills he can daul weild them, knows the right swinging
techniques and can throw pretty far if some what inaccuratly

CHAINS/WHIPS- advanced skills, can use any type and can throw them pefectly

LONG KNIFES/ YIN AND YANG-master level, he has completely masterd long knifes do to his constant use of yin/yang

NUN-CHUCKS- advanced skills can dual wield them and can use a triple chuck but not at a hight level.

SWORD-has
absolutly master'd the use of swords due to the fact that they are his
favorite weapon and because of blackmoon and its ability. he is still
learning new styles though

BLACKMOON- has learned his own unique
style that has both swift powerful offensive strikes, and a good
defense as well. he can only use it with blackmoon because alot of the
attacks are based on its abilitys.

History:
kyoichi was 6-months old when one night the village was attacked.
during the battle kyo's mother grabbed him, and a sword, and fled to
safty. the first place she could think of was the hyuuga compound, as
she was a formor resident of it, when she was a child. when she was
young she was kidnapped while on a mission, it took her a year to get
back to the village, when she returned she told the hokage she was
back. but then she did the unexpected, she begged him not to tell the
hyuuga's of her return. she wanted freedom from the compound, to live
on her own. the hokage granted her request. as she got to the entrance
of the compound, one of the gaurds somehow rememberd her. he was about
to let her in when a stray kunai hit her. the gaurd called for the
hyuuga leader, he came and she asked him with her dieing breaths, to
take kyoichi in and raise him. her request was once again granted. as
she died she told the hyuuga's his name, and told them how to bond the
sword, blackmoon, with him. she said it was his birth right and it was
the wish of his father for him to have it. his dad had mysteriously
disappeared one day, never to be seen by anyone from the leaf village
again.

Pre-Academy
the hyuuga's raised him, so he is really
smart, has nearly perfect chakra control, and can use gentle fist. at
the age of 5 blackmoon was bonded to him through the technique his
mother left the hyuuga's on a scroll. he began training with the sword
and by age 6 he could sense his sword nearly anywhere on the hyuuga
compound. when he went to the academy for the first time, he could
bring the sword to him by merely calling it and curling in his right
pinky.

Academy
kyoichi blew through the academy with
relative eais. he was usually the top of his class, but he let off a
little because he didnt want his class mates to hate him for being
better than them. when they graduated he was second best in the class
according to grades, and was somewhat of a trouble maker, pulling
prankes and making jokes about the teacher all the time. when he first
got his headband he wore it on his head with the blue strap for awhile
but later changed the color to black to match his out fit, plus he
thinks black is awsome. no one, not even the hyuugas know why he likes
black so much.

Genin
kyoichi started off enthusiastic about
finally doing missions, but then he found out what kind of missions he
would be doing. at first he was a little disappointed, but didnt
complain and did them to the best of his ability, like his first
mission, helping a old woman out at her house or running errands for
shop keepers. these were C and D ranked missions. eventually he got
tired of them when the he got to the last straw, dumpster diving for a
rich nerds lucky socks(it was a long story) he got so fed up with these
nonsense mission that he demanded a b rank mission. so since he had
longer without complaint than most genin the hokage gave him a nice,
action packed B-ranked mission to gaurd a merchant on his way to the
sand village. it was a long trip and they were attacked many times,
twice in the middle of night while everyone was sleeping, but kyoichi
beat back every attack without even using kenjutsu. this was his last
mission before the chunnin exams

Chuunin Exams
the chuunin
exams are where kyoichi had to try really hard in order to pass. he got
along with the team he was put on and they didnt have too hard of a
time getting through the first part. during the second part he was able
to anwser all of the questions, including the final one. in the 3rd
part he was forced to use yin/yang to win. he did so without killing
his opponent. kyoichi learned two new techniques during the month
break. one of which he used to beat his opponent in the second round.
in the final round he played it smart using stratagy instead of
directly fighing. he distracted his opponent in the last part of his
plan and got a shadow clone into postion behind his opponent when the
opponent attacked him he used the substatusion technique to switch
himself with the clone and struck with blackmoon, using its lightning
attack to paralize his opponent and putting the blade to his throat.
the match was called and he won. seeing a combo of his fighting and
stratagy ability, the judges allowed him to become a chuunin. he was
then sent on bigger missions, sometimes leading a squad genin. and even
got to go on a S ranked mission by himself.
Chuunin.

Recent:
two weeks before his last mission, a S rank mission, he had a A rank
mission where he had to follow a dangerous missing nin and get info on
him. he followed him for a week spying on him. on the last day of the
mission he was up in a tree watching him down below, he had already
gatherd the info he needed but was making sure he didnt miss anything.
suddenly the clone below poofed away and he was struck in the back of
the head, HARD, he flew 50-feet before smashing into a tree headband
first and started to fall the 60-feet to the ground, but he got it back
together and jumped sideways from the tree and rolled when he hit the
ground. he jump and hid in a bush to catch his breath and the pain
subsided. he jumped back out with 5 kunai in each hand, he wasnt
supposed to confront this man but it looked like he had no choice here.
he saw the huge man to the left and threw his kunai in a formation that
would make it impossable to dodge them, but not kill him too, this man
had info needed by the village and needed to be brought back alive. the
man suddenly disapperd, kyoichi knowing he used alot of earth element
jutsu, jumped high into the air. as the earth exploded where he was a
moment ago he jumped straight down, getting the boost from a branch and
threw a gentle fist attack right into the middle of the explosion
hoping to hit something, but all he hit was a crater, then he was hit
by a huge force that blew him through 3 tree's, heavly damaging him. he
knew the man would come for him to finish him off. he made a shadow
clone and had it use a transformation jutsu to make it look like it as
dead and he fled. quickly at first but when he neared the village his
speed quickly began to decrease. as he entered the village the guards
saw him and he said with a goofy grin on his face "mission accomplished
do you have any morphine?" as he collasped. he was rushed to the
hospital by one of the guards. 3 days later he woke up, and FREAKED! he
practiclly flew to the hokages office, sneaking by everyone. he
deliverd his info and was given a "good job" as his mission paper was
stamped with a "passed" stamp. he then walked back o the hospital in
extreme pain in both body and head from getting up so quick after
injuries like that. 3 days later he was released completely healed. he
was happy though, since he failed his last A rank mission, and he
doesnt get them too often. he was prepared to start traing again. that
mission taught him to be more cautious and less over confadent. his
blood lines auto healing helped, which was why he was healed so soon
and he was thankful for it. he was called to the hokage's office later
that day. he said "kyoichi im inpressed with your progress and i have a
mission perfect for you, plus its a gift for all your hard work, a S
ranked mission!" "YAY!!!" kyoichi yelled as he got the details for the
mission. he was now going to get revenge on the man that nearly killed
him, he was going to apprehand the missing nin. kyoichi set out
immidately. he knew by the info he gather'd where the man was headed,
and where he could intercept him to his advantage. 3 days later, using
food pills he caught up to the guy. he saw him down from HIGH in a tree
this time so he wouldnt be discoverd. the man was lounging, eating next
to a lake in the middle of the forest. quickley he came up with a plan,
as he had put all his time and energy into getting here and had forgot
to make one. he backed off some and made about 20 shadow clones. they
all slowly and queitly made their way around him staying behind the
trees. when they were in postion he gave the signal by throwing the
first shuriken and purposely showing himself but making it look like an
acciendent. as the man began advancing tward his tree a clone popped
out and hit his left shoulder with a kunai. the like chaos they all
started popping up throwing weapons and hiding. this went on until all
of his limbs had been hit at least twice severly slowing his movement.
it was his confuzion that had caused him to react so slowly but he
recoverd his wits and used the same earth element jutsu as before, but
this time kyoichi was ready, as he began making hand signs, kyoichi
locked eyecontact with him while he preformed the jutsu, searching his
mind for the jutsu's name and abilitys, copying it instantly. the jutsu
was called the earthshake jutsu, the man had developed it himself, and
since it wasnt a genjutsu or kekkai genkai kyoichi could copy it. the
jutsu pulled the user under ground and kept them in the same spot until
the jutsu was released, it allows the user to sense vibrations from the
surface, and then violently explode the ground in the spot they were
standing in. as he used it his clones began being blown away, his plan
discoverd he went to phase two, and jumped on the lake as the man
released the jutsu he popped from underground and saw kyoichi on the
lake and said "not bad, kid but that wont save you i have more than
just ninjutsu! he ran twards the lake and kyoichi relized he was going
to use taijutsu. "bring it" kyo said. from the info he gatherd he knew
the man had extreme strength and could knock him out with one well
aimed hit, he also knew the man always went for the head first as he
was impatient. as the man neared kyo got into a gentle fist postion,
the man sung with his right arm, his slower but much more powerful arm,
right for his nose. using the speed and agility he got from going into
this defensive position he easily ducked the blow, swithcing into
attack and driving home right where his stomache was. as the man bent
over, breathloss, kyo struck him in a neck tendon that instantly
knocked him out. then he took out the medicine the hokage had supplyed
to keep the man asleep. he mixed it with some lake water in a cup from
the mans camp and fed it too him. he would need two more doses on the
way back as one dose kept him asleep for two days. kyoichi dropped the
man who's name he didnt know to the ground as he gatherd the mans
things and his weapons, leaving no material evidence he had been there.
then everything gatherd and put on a large pack on his back he sighed
as he started the long way back to the village.

when kyoichi
returned from his personal visit to the mist village, he was wearing
250 lbs training wieghts on each limb, and constantly wears them now.
kyoichi has also realized how useful gentle fist can be, so he has
decided to begin advanced training in it with his hyuuga sensei

special training: kyoichi had already been trained in the
basics of batojutsu, but not enough to be used in combat. so he decided
to train until he had advanced skills in it. in front of him he had
compiled 10 6ft hight peices of material. going from hardness and
versitiliy. the weakest was on the lsft, the hardest to the right. each
was separatied by 10 ft. the first was paper. he took blackmoon sheath
and all from his back and set it in the belt on the left of his hip. he
got into position. putting the sheath so that most of the blade was
sideways against his back. holding it like that with his left hand he
put his right just above the hilt. batojutsu is a sword drawing
technique that is extrmely fast and powerful. its diffuclult to master,
but when you do master it, it becomes nearly impossable to see it
preformed by the normal human eye. and it can cut through nearly
anything. he put his left foot forward so he didnt cut it when he
stepped and drew. 5ft from the paper he focused, and he struck. it
wasnt very fast but he sliced through the paper and when his strie was
over he was past the paper. he turned and looked. it was cut in half.
he didnt celebrate, it was only paper. he practiced just the techniue
slowly, then at full speed a few times before moving onto the plastic.
he had found all the materials he needed and then used his alchemy
jutsu to put the blocks toghether. he went against the plastic. it too
was sliced in half. the third block was wood. each block was 3ft thick.
he used batojutsu against the wood. turned and saw that it too had been
cleanly cut. *pant pant* he was starting to tire. he went on anyway.
the next was rock. he got into position. he flashed, going a little
faster than before. turned and saw the rock was only half cut. he st
down and recoverd his energy. he repaired the rock with his jutsu. and
tried again. this time he flashed by even faster. when he turned he saw
the rock was in half. "yes!" he said. he went on. the next was marble.
he tried it, going by quickly, but the same speed as before. he looked
and the marble only had a small scratch on the front. quick fixed it.
he then got an idrea. he ran back to his house. when he returned he was
where really heavy traing wieghts. the hyuugas used them to train
bigger shinobi. kyoichi started hopping up and down on the balls of his
feet. man these waits were heavy. he tired quickly. when he was ready
he went back and redid every block up to the marble with the weights
on. he had to retry many times. he removed the wieghts and flashed by
the marble, attacking. he looked to see the marble still tanding. he
was confused. he went by 3 times faster than before, going so fast he
didnt even see the ground until he was stopped. he poked the marble and
it slid off the top, cut so clean it wasnt effected until touched. wow
he thought. he moved on. he next was aluminum. he sliced right through
it. the next was iron. just like with the marble he had to put the
training wieghts on and redo everything befor he could slice the iron.
when he was done he rested. then went for the iron. he had the same
result as with the marble, his speed multiplied, and when he touched
the block and it fell. the next was number 8. steel. he redid the last
process and he roughly cut the steel. after that he calapsed. he woke
up the next day. he went for the next on the list, it was the hardest
to collect the material for num 9. titanium. he did his process but
this time it didnt work. his speed didnt increase. it was too easy for
him now he realized. he sat and thought for several hours before it
came to him. he charged chakra into the bottum of his left foot and
shot it behind him as he flashed by the titanium. he went by with
blindiing speed. he looked and saw the titanium was only half cut. he
fixed it and tryed again. this time putting more chakra into it. he
flew by even faster, having extreme difficultiy controling himself.
when he landed he was 20feet past the titaniu. he went back and
checked. it was chopped of nice and clean. he was surprized. he colaped
once again. he woke up that night. he went onto the metel mix. it was a
mix of metel, ultra hard, and ultra light. he got ready. he charged
more chakra into his foot this time. as he went he lost control, flying
into a tree. he went back waitng for his leg to heal. this is relly
tough he thought. he tried over and over, until he finally got the
perfect amount of chakra. he tried one last time. when he went this
time, there was no flash to him there was one moment he was behind the
metel, next his sword had attacked, and he was only 5 feet past the
metel he looked and the metel was in half. he smiled as he collasped
yet again. he woke 3 days later, hungry. he fixed everything and headed
back to the village, leaving the matrials there for more training, he
headed for some sesime chicken.
