Hinoko no Yubi: Lets a small ball of lightning be formed on ones finger.
Hinoko no Yubi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The shinobi simply snaps their fingers and a small ball of lightning is formed of the index finger of the hand that snapped. A touch from this wouldnt hurt more than an E-ranked attack.
Byouga:
Using the Hinoko no Yubi one leaves a shape in the sky made out of lightning, capible of being shot of or kept to the finger.
Byouga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. First activates the Hinoko no Yubi and points their finger in front of them. The user then moves his finger through the air, leaving a shape of lightning on the path the finger went. This can also be shot away with a quick flick of their finger. Once hit or touched by this, the opponent will feel a powerfull shock going through their body that might even give burnmarks. When learned twice the electric current wont dissapear, even when it hits someone or something
D rank
Yari:
Using the Byouga one shoots of a bolt of lightning, which keeps expanding from the user's finger untill it hits something or the limit is reached and dissapears after that.
One simply points his finger at something or someone and shoots of the bolt, from which the end keeps sticking to the user's finger. When the limit is reached the bolt releases itself from the finger and forced all power into the target. If one is D-ranked one is capible of letting it reach 10, at C-rank 20, at B-rank 30, at A-rank 40 and at S-rank 50 meters far.

Taihou:
Using the Byouga one draws a circle in the sky with several dots in it. After that every dot shoots of a lightningbolt which path is capible of being directed towards the opponent.
First one draws a circle in the sky, starting from the top and ending there. After that they move their finger up a bit, drawing a wriggly line and as soon as that line is touched the circle shoots of several lightning bolts from the circle, all flying towards the opponent with high speed and an angle that can be slightly altered. If one is D-ranked one is capible of creating 5 bolts, at C-rank 15, at B-rank 30, at A-rank 50 and at S-rank 100.

Ken:
Using the Byouga one draws a sword of any kind in the sky, and is able of letting it pass through things as they desire, while they can let it hit whenever they want as well.
One first draws a sword to their liking in the sky and then uses it to simply slash someone like usual. But now the sword wont dissapear upon hitting earth, rock or trees if the user doesnt wants to and so can go through the thickest wooden armors or anything alike so that they can strike the person himself with ease.

Koumorigasa Renda:
Using the Byouga one draws a small umbrella in the sky, throws it up and lets it spin around, shooting off lightningbolts from the sides.
One first draws an umbrella in the sky, simply an averave-sized umbrella, and holds it on the tip of their finger. Then they move their finger up to the sky in a quick movement, letting the umbrella float above the user and start spinning. During the spinning movement dozens of lightningbolts shoot off from the sides.

Using the Byouga one draws a shield in the sky, and uses that to fend off jutsu and normal attacks.
One first draws a shield, or something alike, in front of them and then places it on their arm. Once on that arm the shield is capible of defending against jutsu. If one is D-ranked he is capible of getting half damage of a D-ranked ninjutsu and breaks after the hit of one C or two D-ranked ninjutsu. If one is C-ranked he is capible of getting half damage of a C-ranked ninjutsu, no damage from a D-ranked ninjutsu and breaks after the hit of one B, two C or four D-ranked ninjutsu. If one is B-ranked he is capible of getting half damage of a B-ranked ninjutsu, no damage from a C or D-ranked ninjutsu and breaks after the hit of one A, two B, four C and eight D-ranked ninjutsu. If one is A-ranked he is capible of getting half damage of an A-ranked ninjutsu, no damage from a B, C or D-ranked ninjutsu and breaks after the hit of one S, two A, four B, eight C or sixteen D-ranked ninjutsu. If one is S-ranked he is capible of getting no damage from an A, B, C or D-ranked ninjutsu and breaks after the hit of two S, four A, eight B, sixteen C or thirthy two D-ranked ninjutsu.

Yokojiku Bakufu no Kyuuten:
Using the Byouga, the Tama and the Kyuutai one uses his middle and index finger to shoot of a massive blast.
After performing the handseals one uses the same gathering of lightning on one's finger as with the Tama and Kyuutai. Once this is completed, after ten seconds, one points his finger at what he wants to hit and releases the giant amount of electricity. The beam comming from this is powerfull enough to let the earth shake, level areas, and greatly damage and paralize everything that was hit by the beam. The beam itself reaches up to 25 by 25 meters. If the user is B-ranked the beam is capible of reaching up to 100 meters, 150 at A-rank and 250 at S-rank. Even if the beam itself misses there are sparks comming from the beam wich have a reach of 10 meters at B, 15 at A and 25 at S -rank. It takes around five to ten seconds for the beam to stop shooting out of the user.

Tesaki no Kumo:
Allows one to perform the special handseals used for the Hinoko no Yubi and things following it.
The Tesaki no Kumo are a series of handseals, develloped to let one perform seals for a row of techniques. These seals are only done with the fingers of one hand so that the other can keep the lightning current on their other finger. The seals exist of a number for every finger, and thus one needs to put the needed fingers up while keeping the others down.

Kumo:
Creates a cloud filled with electricity, which can be used for raiton attacks that need clouds or things alike when there are no clouds near.
After performing the handseals one creates a cloud above themselves, which they can let float around within a 50 meter radius of their body. The cloud's size can be between the 1 and the 25 meters. Every time this technique is learned the cloud can get 25 meters bigger and can float around for 50 more meters. When near a person this cloud shoots of electrical bolts and makes iron objects magnetic.

Multiple Shadow Clone Technique:
Description:
Makes an extreme amount of detailed copies of the user. Each one unable to be told apart form another. Is a great diversion tactic and even an attack tactic, Allows the user to literally make an army of him/herself to fight the opponent.

The Rage of the Heavens: Sol puts his hand iin the air and gathers the Static in the air he then combines them with chakra. He then brings his hand down and points it forward facing his enemy. He then releases a very powerful beam out of his hand. It takes him 5sec to get ready for this attack. If the enemy gets hit by this attack they will be unable to move for 15sec and if they have any metal on them. It depends on witch part of the body the metal is on if it’s on the arm then the arm or what ever part it is will not be able to move for 25sec. He can only do this 3 times in a battle. If there is a Lightening storm the attack is much stronger. And the opponent has a 50% chance of being able to do anything after the attack then.

Lightning Pyramid: This is a jutsu where he sends lightning out and catches his enemy it then makes a lightning pyramid over them making it so they can’t move. The attack is still connected to his hand. He then sends the rest of the lightning on his hand to the pyramid and it explodes making the enemy get damaged badly.
Azura's Light: Sol puts his hands by his face he then puts chakra in his hands he then gathers up lighning he then makes a flash of light that will blind anyone that doesn't have there eye's closed but it won't mess with Sol the enemy won't be able to see for 5sec. he can do this 10 times it doesn't take up much chakra but there is still a limit to it.
Weapon Ninjutsu:
Muon Satsujin Jutsu:
this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

Mikazuki no Mai (Dance of the Crescent Moon):
Effect:
The user makes two clones of himself each using a katana and uses the three clones and a select set of movements to seem like they are moving at an extreme and delicate speed confusing the enemy.
Description:
The three clones stand next to each other before moving the swords into a crescent moon shape. Then the three clones move sliding behind and in front of each other in a rapid movement flawlessly. Causing it to look as if there are three of the opponents but yet none at the same time. The three become hard to hit and this confuses even the most skilled of opponents with the sly movements of the user and their clones.

White Blade: He gathers up chakra and makes 2 blades made out of lightening. These blades are so sharp that they can go through almost anything. Like many other of his jutsu if he cuts a part of the body it will be unable to move for 20sec. the normal blades are are 4ft tall. Lightening storm the attack is much stronger. He then can put the 2 together to make a bigger sword that is 7ft. and he can hold this jutsu for 10min since he doesn't have to use so much chakra.

Taijutsu:
Jiten:
A quick spin with electrified chakra flying all around the user, shocking anyone who gets near.
One first turns their leg behind themselves, and after that kick it to the front with a wide circle. They then let their body lower a little bit and use chakra to let them spin and let small lightningbolts fly off as well.

Chakra Kyuushuu:
This jutsu allows the user to absorb the opponents chakra, thus draining their energy - and strength. It is used from the palm of the hand, and appears as a tiny chakra flame around the fist.

Peregrine Falcon Drop:
In this jutsu, Sol grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground.

Dainamikku Entori:
Sol will start by launching a kunai at his opponent to distract them. Then he will quickly approach from the blind spot and attack.

Shishi Rendan:
kick the opponent into mid air and appear below the opponent. At this point, Sol will perform several sideway kicks and punches, from above and below his opponent until his opponent hits the ground.

Light Sword:
Sol puts chakra into his sword. Everything the sword touches it explodes.

Lightning waves:
He fills his sword with chakra again but he makes lightning waves shoot out as he swings it. When there’s a thunder storm it makes this jutsu stronger. when hit by it the enemy will be shocked for 12sec and will be un-able to move for that 12sec.

Lightning speed:
This jutsu makes him much faster. He puts the chakra in his legs and arms. Same as Lightning waves during a thunder storm he can make the thunder come his way and strike him and this will also make him much faster if he is in this jutsu.
