Roxie is not particularly tall, though she is rather attractive, if you can get past some of her more… interesting features. She has short, spiked black hair with red highlights, a few wisps of hair hanging down in her face. Her eyes are a misty blue/green mix. She always has a pair of headphones around her neck. She has several different outfits, one for all of her music styles.
Roxie’s Rocker ensemble is meant to seem like an old classic rocker look. She wears a faded jean jacket with the sleeves torn off and holes in several places. There is a black rock hand sign on the back. Under the jacket, she wears a white dress shirt under the jacket, unbuttoned, with a black shirt under that. She wears a plaid skirt that travels about halfway down her thigh. She has black leather boots that come about ¾ of her lower leg. She wears black fingerless gloves with three spikes coming out of the knuckles. Her headband, which is mounted on the front, switches to a flame bandana portion as well.

Roxie’s hair turns a sandy blond, and grows to shoulder length, small braids are accented at the sides and rest behind her ears. She has bangs that rest just above her eyes, sometimes a little lower so she also brushes them behind her ears. On her guitar she also has a headband which has a peace sign with a multicolored band that replaces her ninja headband. Her top becomes a tank-top with bright rainbow tie-dye pattern. The shirt is tight, so it fits her form well. On the backside of the shirt, a large golden peace sign is there, standing out from the rest of the tie-dye. She wears a leather belt with a golden yin/yang sign as the buckle. Her pants are tight bellbottom blue jeans that are faded and porously sliced at the knees three times, making them look stylish and cool.

Roxie’s Soft ensemble consists of a dress. The red highlights in her hair turn blue, and it falls down to around her ears. Her dress is a light blue, a somewhat revealing top with a single strap that wraps around behind her neck. The base of her dress is a frilly, loose fit, reaching down slightly less than half of her thigh. The color of the dress also gets darker the closer to the hem it gets. She wears a blue pair of sandals. She has a pair of blue fabric sleeves that cover her forearms, each having a tail portion that hang down off the side.
Personality: Roxie is someone who likes to do her own thing, which, if the guitar wasn’t enough of a hint, is mostly music based. If she isn’t jamming on her guitar, she is listening to music. She doesn’t have a thing for listening to people, though. In fact, most of the time, she will drown the authority over her out with a loud blast of music. She is fairly laid back, not liking to put a lot of physical effort into anything unless it is dancing. She does enjoy the company of others like, though. She tends to spend a lot of time partying. When she actually gets involved in a mission, she generally tries to find someone else to do most of the offense, as she doesn’t like to have to think about attacking too often.
Weapons: She carries many picks that have a sharp, blade-like quality. This works as her throwing weapon.

History:
Jutsu:
Roxie’s clan is a group of sound manipulators. They specialize in altering sound waves using their chakra. Roxie primarily uses this to greatly increase the volume of her music and voice, though she also can change what it sounds like, often making it sound like there is an entire band when it is really just her and her guitar.
Vibration Dash- Roxie is capable of moving at incredible speeds for a brief moment. The move is made by amplifying her speed by vibrating her body with the sound of her music, allowing her to move with the sound waves. Using this move consecutively can create internal problems, so she usually waits a short bit before using it again.
Ear Piercer Jutsu- Roxie creates a sound that seems like a shriek, much like the sound of a speaker shriek. The sound is designed to cause the opponent to grab their ears in pain. This sound also launches most people within ten feet, though not quite as hard.
Guitar Bash Jutsu- Roxie takes her guitar and smacks her opponent with it, causing a rather nasty noise, which she immediately focuses into her opponent. The sound is capable of vibrating bones until they break while simultaneously sending the opponent flying.
Sound Blast Jutsu- This sends out a loud, concentrated blast of sound that is used to either disrupt opponent’s jutsus by messing with the physical and chakra properties of the attack or to repel an opponent. It has a short range of power, but it is a very effective defensive and offensive jutsu. It is also very effective at sending nearby enemies and objects flying.
Reverberation Blast Jutsu- This is a complicated attack that requires several objects in the area. Roxie bounces the sound off the objects in focused blasts, strengthening the power of the sound after the bounce and transforming it into an attack. It often seems like a powerful force is pressing in from several directions. It can cause massive internal pain and potentially launching the person a great distance.
Rockin Series
Rally Ballad- This is a jutsu that is used in a group setting. The sound waves can make a person feel more powerful. The jutsu is used on allies to inspire them to fight harder. It can make them hit harder, run faster, feel less tired, etc. This can make a person a little less cautious though, so they can make more mistakes.
Power Ballad- The name is somewhat deceiving. The focus of this jutsu is to strengthen other jutsus, whether they be Roxie’s or someone else’s. This can increase the effect of a jutsu by up to 25%.
Rave Jutsu: This is one that is essentially a clone jutsu, though slightly more complicated than that. This jutsu generates hundreds of images of a person or persons, most of which either seem to be playing along with the music or dancing to it. The music also seems to be coming from multiple directions at once, making it very annoying to locate the source. Unlike most clones, however, these clones are merely images in the mind, so they don’t get broken when attacked. The attack passes straight through.
Sound Ripple Jutsu- A genjutsu that requires a loud noise to pull off. The terrain around the person under this jutsu’s influence seems to tremble and quake like water, making it very hard to walk while occasionally causing a headache. In Roxie’s case, she strums her guitar.
Somno Series:
Time Distortion Jutsu- This ability requires a slow song to use. The justu uses the soothing rhythm to slow the opponent’s reaction time, making it harder to time attacks, as their mind is out of sync with the actual flow of events. A person can break free of this trick by inflicting a certain amount of pain or finding a way to wake themselves up after they realize what the jutsu is doing to them.
Lullaby of the Siren- This jutsu is aimed at causing people to fall asleep and requires a mix of vocal and instrumental sounds to execute. Unfortunately, this jutsu can’t be focused, so it can even effect allies or the user. Whoever falls asleep due to this jutsu enters a sort of shared dream with the others, allowing any fighting to continue in this state. The user generally has much more influence over the surroundings, an almost control over the dream. However, the user can’t make a person do anything they don’t want to in the dream state. If a person “loses a battle” while in the dream state, they simply fall off into a deeper sleep, leaving the dream world.
Psychedelic Series:
Sound Disturbance Jutsu- This jutsu creates a powerful genjutsu that creates multiple problems in the opponent’s sight. First, if totally corrupts the color vision of the opponent, causing a rainbow of colors to swirl within their vision while omitting the normal colors. In addition, it causes ripples, twisting, and all in all disrupting the opponent’s perception. It is somewhat like the concept of being high….
Libaration Song Jutsu: Tuning her guitar into a psychadelic jam, the rhythm and sound of the music drives the user and audience into a state of mind where they see and feel themselves and everyone else as naked. It creates a mental image of a smokecloud around the more private areas of each person’s body, for some slight level of privacy. This can have many effects, most of which are embarrassment, but sometimes even attraction. It depends on the situation, but in any case, it makes fighting close combat very awkward.
